WEDDING.
JONES —DRINKWATER. The wedding was solemnised In the Anglioan Church at Nganmwahia on November 18, between Grace Kathleen May (Tui), eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Drinkwater, Tauplri, and Reginald George, youngest son of Airs Jones and the late Mr Jones, Taupiri. The oeremony xvas performed by the Rev. Bush King. The church was prettily decorated with roses and spring flowers, and the bride who was given away by her uncle, Mr E. Wilson Kemp, looked charming in a graceful gown- of Ivory satin. Slio wore a cream embroidered net veil and carried a sheaf ol’ llllies. Miss Hazel Stone, oousin of the bride, attended as bridesmaid and wore a frock of mauve and pink crepe-de-chino. She wore a pink felt hat, and carried a bouquet of pink and mauve flowers. The best man was Mr Erio Carley, of Taniwha. Following the ceremony a reception was held at the Wattle Tea Rooms, Mrs Godfrey Kemp, grandmother of the bride receiving the guests. . Later Mr and Mrs Jones left for their wedding tour, the bride wearing a suit of brown flecked tweed with hat to tone.
