Lady Pam and Spear Lad l began slowly from the mile post, and covered the last six furlongs in 1.28 2-5. Lady Pam looks well, but may want another race before being at her best. The two-year-olds Posy and Ru'.anut were on terms over half a mile, run in 55 4-5. Cape Gold had Actaeon as a companion over six furlongs, in 1.23. They ilnished together. Both worked well. Cessation and Ko/.an were not doing their best over five furlongs in 1.10. Ouupier worked very lazily over half-a-mile in 5S 4-5.
