PREMIER RETURNS TO LONDON FRIENDLY EXCHANGE OF VIEWS. ' ! MANY SUBJECTS DISCUSSED. (omclal \Vlrele3S.) (Received July 30, 1i.30 a.m.) RUGBY, July 29. Mr Ramsay (MacDonald has concluded his visit to Berlin. Dr. Bruen-‘ ing (Chancellor) and Dr. Curtius (Foreign Minister), with 'the British Ambassador (Sir Horace Rumbold) were present at the aerodrome to take leave. A large crowd cheered when the military aeroplane took off. A communique regarding the Berlin conversations stated that they were brought to an end in a further friendly Interchange of views. It added) “Among the main subjects discussed were the best means of giving effect to the decisions taken by the London conference." The co-operation of the ■international convention for uniform hours in the mining industry was taken into consideration. The disarmament problem was also discussed In connection with the preparation for the meeting of the Disarmament Conference. There was a general agreement between Ministers that personal contacts, which had been fortunately established, should be maintained and developed. Mr MacDonald reaohed Hendon aerodrome this evening.
