LORD KYLSANT’S CASE.

In the Lord Kylsant case, Morland, the accused aviator, gave evidence that V Lad not the slightest intention of deceiving anyone. He admitted that, from 1920 to 1926 the Royal Mail line had not earned nearly enough to pay debenture interest. Henry Morgan, president of the Society of Accountants, and Auditors, in evidence considered the balance-sheets had been properly drawn up. The evidence has concluded and the case adjourned.
