The Daily Express’ diplomatic correspondent say that Mr A. W. Mellon (United States Secretary to the Treasury), lias been engaged since his arrival in a series of conferences, lo which great importance is attached in political and financial circles. He has had two long interviews with Mr MacDonald. The correspondent proceeds to say hat Mr Mellon was invited to Lonlon to discuss the revision of war debts.
