His Honour Air Justice Ilcrdman will leave Hamilton to-night to allend the Court of Appeal, which will open at Wellington on .Monday. Mr Justice Ostler intends leaving early in July for a trip lo the islands.

Mr A. T. Maunder, of Wailii Beach, formerly of Hamilton, has been appointed a Justice of Hie Peace.
