OUTBREAK OF FIRE.
NGARUAWAHIA BUILDING DAMAGED At 2.30 p.m. on Thursday a ilre broke out in Jcsmond House, Jesmond » Street, Ngaruawahia, which is a twostoreyed wooden building belonging to the estate of the late Mr Walsh and tenanted as a boardinghouse by Mr Abrams, of Ngaruawahia. , ,
The cause of the fire, which originated in the bathroom, is unknown. The brigade was promptly on tbs scene and a good save was made. It is understood that both the building and the furniture are covered by insurance. The greater part of the damage sustained was done by water.
