MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
ngaruawahia sittinq. Before Mr Wyvcrn Wilson, S.M., a charge against G. McDonald of driving a lorry not properly classified was dismissed. In another case against McDonald for driving an overloaded lorry a line of £2O and 10s costs was imposed. John Martin, charged with stealing a case of ale, the property of F. Durbridge, at Taupiri, was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment.
