A HEAVY PROGRAMME. IMPORTANT FINANCE PROPOSALS. REPORT ON UNEMPLOYMENT. (Official Wireless.) RUGBY, June 1. The Prime Minister, who spent the Whitsuntide vacation at Lossiemouth, left to-day for Blackpool, where he will open a new air park. He will be in London. to-morrow for the reassembly of 'Parliament. Mr MacDonald had intended making the journey by air, but owing to the unfavourable weather he left Lossiemouth by road.

A heavy programme of business lies before the House of Commons. The Finance Bill, embodying the proposals set out In the Budget speech, including a scheme for land taxation, will be the principal measure before the House, and it is anticipated that the Government will find it necessary to closure debates on the Bill and to resort to late sittings to ensure that the session is brought to a finish by the end of July. Among other important questions that will be before the House of Commons is that of unemployment insurance.

It Is anticipated that the interim report of the Royal Commission, which is investigating the whole problem, will be presented within the next few days.

The American aviator, who has established a novel air record by breakfasting in London, lunching in Berlin, and dining in Paris.
