A sensation lias arisen concerning the Parliamentary disclosure that Germany not only paid ex-King Ferdinand of Bulgaria £1,250,000 in 1921 but, also £IOO,OOO hi 1924-25, and a pension of £OOOO since 1927, in addition to a gilt of £25,000 on his last birthday. How this fits in with Germany's piea of poverty will toe raised in Reichstag.
