CAMPAIGN IN SPAIN. MOBILISATION OF FOROEBr PROVISION OF FIGHTING FUND. United Press Assn.—Eleo. Tel. Copyright. (Received April 21, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 20. The Morning Post states that Moscow Is actively exploiting the Spanish revolution. The Communist Internationa! has decided to mobilise all Spanish-speaking Communists and despatch them to Spain. It Is also sending an adequate sum to finance the Communist Party. The newspaper the Pravda states that the Communists are mobilising a million workers to fight for Soviet Spain.
