Lyons, the former Postmaster-Gen-eral and acting-Treasurer, is prepared to 'bring about the downfall ox Air Scullin's Government, if it persists with Air E. G. Theodore’s financial plan. Parliamentary correspondents say the pendulum is swinging 'to Air Lyons, but the rank and the of the party are in such a hopeless state of confusion that they do not know which way to turn or what to do next. Air Scullin, in the meantime, remains silent, and cannot he induced to comment on the outlook.
