LATE SIR GEORGE HUNTER

TROUBLE OVER WILL. THE EVIDENCE CONCLUDED. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Thursday. With the recalling of two witnesses for the plaintiffs, tne evidence in the Hunter will case was concluded this morning. Mr Watson, counsel for the defendants, said the sote question was whether Sir George, during the period from October 5, 1929, to April 7, 1930, possessed the capacity to make the particular wills under the particular circumstances. Counsel said that so far as the medical evidence was concerned, the Court must come to the conclusion that the strole suffered by Sir George was a severe one. The case was adjourned.
