IMPORTANT REGULATION,

Evidence went to show that as a result of defendant’s negligence a collision with another motor-cyclist had occurred at the intersection of London and Selkirk Streets. His Worship inflicting a fine of £2, with costs £1 3s, remarked that the regulation defendant had ignored was such an important one in driving that it was essential that it be enforced. Jt Avas not left to the judgmentment of a youth to calculate whether he could get across in time io avoid a collision. It was his duty to give way to a vehicle approaching on his right.
