CHARGE AGAINST SOLICITOR. A REMAND GRANTED. NEW PLYMOUTH, Monday. In the Police Court this morning, Harold John Moule Thomson, a solicitor, of Inglewood, was charged that, on January JI, at Inglewod, lie received from AN'. 11. Riicklliorpe £6OO on terms requiring him to account for the same to the Taranaki Aeclimatisal,on Society and did fraudulently omit to do so, thereby committing theft. A remand was granted. Bail was granted in accused’s own recognisance of £SOO and two sureties of £250.
