TE AWAMUTU SALE. The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Co., "Ltd., report: At Te Awamutu sale on Thursday we penned a heavy yarding of sheep and cattle. Good quality beef was firmer, late rates being maintained on store cattle and sheep. Fat hoggets made 17s 9d to £1 2s; fat bullocks, £9 17s Gd to £l2 3s; runners, £5 ss; fat cows and heifers, heavy £8 17s to £lO, medium £7 to £8 13s, light £5 10s to £G 15s; forward-conditioned cows, £4 10s to £5 7s Gd; store cows, £1 10s to £3 18s; yearling heifers, £2 7s 6d to £3 7s; springing heifers, £5 10s to £8 15s; light porkers, 38s 6d to £2 2s; stores, 33s to 375; slips, 27s to 325; weaners, 18s to 255.. TIRAU SALE. The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Co., Ltd., report at their Tirau stock sale yesterday having a ful yarding of all classes of cattle and sheep penned. Quotations were on a par with late rates.
