SEVERAL SECTIONS SOLD. On Wednesday T. Mandeno Jackson offered on behalf of the Pub> Trustee several properties situated at Pirongia in the Miller estate. There was a very good attendance and sales were effected as follows: —Lot 3, comprising 12 acres, was sold under the hammer at £220; lot 5, one acre and an old store, realised £sl; lot 6, two acres, adjoining the hotel, having small lock-uji service station and bowser, and cottage, was sold at £140; lot 8, two acres, ~£lO., In other cases offers did not reach the reserves, hut negotiations are being carried on privately and it is hoped that sales will be effected
