TRAGIC CRASH SEQUEL.

-o Lady Heath, the British airwoman, was alleged to be “incompetent by reason of mental disorders” in an application for appointment as her guardian filed in the Probate 'Court at Cleveland (U.S.A.) by her nurse and companion, Miss Florence Madden. Miss Madden said Lady Heath was no longer able to take care of herself and of her property, consisting of a trust fund from which she received £7OO a year. Lady Heath is at present in a sana-r torium, which, the application reveals, she entered for treatment for her nervous condition, apparently as the result of the injuries she received eleven months ago when her aeroplane crashed through the roof of a factory.
