FORGERY AND UTTERING
A LABOURER’S OFFENCES. COMMITTAL FOR SENTENCE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ASHBURTON, Wednesday. Joseph Shipley Roberts, a labourer, was committed for sentence on two charges of forgery of cheques, each for £7, and two charges of uttering.
ADMITTED TO PROBATION. NAPIER, Wednesday. Reynold David Burton, on four charges .of forgery at Waipawa, was admitted to probation for three years at the Supreme Court to-day.
