LOANS FOR SOUTH AUSTRALIA REPUDIATION REPUDIATED. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright. (Received Nov. 5, 10.20 a.m.) ADELAIDE, Nov. 5. The loan estimates for 1930-21 were passed by the Assembly. Hon. L. L. Hill, the Premier, said there were two alternatives open to the Government —one was to balance the Budget and the other to repudiate, a policy which he would never support. Mr Hill praised lhe work of the Loan Council, which he said was more than necessary at this critical period*
