NEW DAIRY COMPANY.
STATUTORY MEETING HELD. ELECTION OF DIRECTORS. (Special to Times.) TE AROHA, Saturday. At the statutory meeting of the Te Aroha-Thames Valley Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited to-day the report was adopted. It was stated the 15,000 shares of £1 had already been allotted with receipts on capital account of £13,509 ai,d payment to the Te A''oha Dairy .Company, Limited of £12,177. The following are the provisional directors: Messrs H. O. Cooper, Waihou; Hugh McKean, Matamata; Percy Sutton, Waihi; C. A. Ansford, Thames; William Emmet, Manawaru; C. A. Hayward, Waitakaruru; Matthew Smith, Hikutaia; and Frances Stokes Board, Te Aroha; managing director and secretary, Mr F. S- Board. The secretary stated that the figures were now better than those contained in the report as the capital account now stood at £21,500 owing to finances having been arranged satisfactorily.
The election of auditors was left to the incoming directors. The appointment of Mr G. P. Finlay, Auckland, as solicitor was confirmed. A vote of thanks was unanimously passed to the Te Aroha Dairy Company which had met the new company in a most impartial and fair spirit.
