Gibson, of Hamilton, is spending the week-end at Rotorua. * * • * Mrs. H. Sanderson, of Hamilton is spending the week-end in Auckland. * * * * Miss M. Moody, of Hamilton, is spending the week-end in Rotorua. * # * * Miss Ailsa Wilson, of Auckland, is spending the week-end at her home in Hamilton. # * * * Mesdames E. S. Hartley (New York), and J. Cail (Chicago) are at the Hamilton Hotel. ENGAGEMENTS. The engagement is announced of Margaret, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs E. J. Mears, of Hamilton, to Dudley Norton, elder son of Mr and Mrs Stanley G. Chambers, of Remuera, Auckland. * * * * An engagement is announced between Hazel, youngest daughter of the late Mr and Mrs F. Tomlinson, of Herne Bay, Auckland, and John Richard, eldest son of Mr and Mrs W. R. Roberts, of Rukuhia, Hamilton.
