WATERLOO CUP. HAMILTON CONTINGENT LEAVES. The New Zealand Waterloo Cup, the classic event of the year in Dominion ] coursing circles, will be decided on ' July 22, 23 and 24. at Patea. Hamilton will be represented by a '■ strong contingent of dogs, four of i which are of a standard to ensure the t local club of likely success. < Mr J. Crawley’s “ Beau Geste ” and “ Chewton,” and Mr F. Rothwell’s 1 “ Killarney’s Own ” and “ Night t Watch ” left this morning. Mr L. C. 1 Buckenham’s “ The Shrew ” and “The t Crow ” and Mr A. C. Beaufort’s “ Em- t erald Isle ” will depart to-morrow. 1
The' local ground on the Whitiora Borough reserve is now in good order, and it is the intention of the club to put on a stake shortly
