FRANKTON’S EASY WIN. SEVEN-A-SIDE TOURNAMENT. The seven-a-side Rugby tournament which was played at Taupiri on Saturday resulted in a comfortable win for the Frankton Club. The tournament drew' 12 entries from all around the Taupiri district, as well as Hamilton and Huntly, and some fine games eventuated. Frankton in the first round of the series accounted for Taupiri “C” by 15 to 0; in the second round Waiterimu by 27—0; in the third round Huntly by 11—0; and in the final they met and defeated Taupiri “A" by 19 to 0. The Frankton team wras: R. McWilliams, W. Bayly, Prlscott, Weatherley, Park, A. Griffiths, and Barlow. AT CHRISTCHURCH. (By Telefrranli—Press Association.} CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday.
