WOMEN’S INSTITUTE.
GATHERING AT WAINGARO. The monthly meeting of the Waingaro Women’s Institute was held at the residence of Airs Coleman. There were twelve present, and after business and the report of the delegates to the bi-annual conference had been read, the meeting look the form of a sewing afternoon for the destitute. Material and garments were given to members, who each took a part of the work to finish at home. The hostesses were Airs Coleman and Aliss Ritchie.
