The question of hospital policy, with special reference to medical staffling of public hospitals, is being discussed at a conference convened by the Minister of Health. The Director-General of Health is presiding. At the opening lion. A. J. Stallworthy said it was the first conference of its kind to be held in the Dominion, and was really the fruition of a desire expressed by the Hospital Boards’ Association and the British Medical Association.
