HAGUE CONVENTION. HARMONIOUS ATMOSPHERE. MR SNOWDEN REBUKES GERMANSUnited Press Assn.—Elec. Tel.—Copyright THE HAGUE, Jan. 9. At the conference regarding German reparation steady progress was reported to-day. Tardieu (France) have reached a general understanding, which is in contrast with the state of affairs between England and France at the August conference.
