DUTIES ON WOOL. A SUBSTANTIAL INCREASE. United Press Assn, —Elec. Tel.—Copyright. WASHINGTON, Nov. 6. The Senate by 35 votes to 29j voted to increase the duty on wool yarn worth from one dollar to one dollar and a-half per pound from 40 to 45 per cent.
