WORK IN U.S. AND CANADA. New Zealand is setting, out seriously to advertise the Dominion in Canada and the United Slates. The latest appointment by tho Publicity Department is that of Miss Batliie Stuart, who has been given the official position of “ contact agent.” Miss Stuart, who was visiting Auckland, sailed by the Niagara on Tuesday, and will open her tour of Canada and the States at Sacramento on January 7. Her official position is set out in the following letter which she has in her posession:—“ to act as a special agent for the New Zealand Government in supplying information about the Dominion, and in attending to the requirements of the Government Publicity Department in the United Stales and Canada.”
