DISASTROUS FIRE.
DAMAGE £20,000. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) (Received October 12, 2.30 p.m.) BRISBANE, Oct. 12. Fire in the town of Tally, in Queensland, caused damage amounting to £20,000, when a number of buildings were destroyed. The heat was so intense that shops on the opposite side of the street caught lire.
