BUSH FIRE IN SOUTH.
A HOUSE DESTROYED. (By Telegrapn—Press Association. 7 INVERCARGILL, Monday. About 100 acres of bush at Otatara, a few miles from Invercargill, were destroyed by fire this afternoon. • Although several houses were in Imminent danger only one was destroyed. Tiie fire had died down appreciably this evening.
