RHODES SCHOLARS.
AUCKLAND NOMINATIONS. AUCKLAND, Tuesday. The Professorial Board of tho Auckland University College yesterday selected Mr Percy C. Minns and Mr A. H. McDonald to be Auckland’s candidates for next year's Rhodes Scholarships. Mr J. S. Watt was the unsuccessful nominee.
CANTERBURY CANDIDATE. CHRISTCHURCH, Monday. The Professorial Board of Canterbury College has nominated for a Rhodes Scholarship Mr P. L. Soljack, who graduated B.A. at .Canterbury College last year and is now completing his honours course at Auckland. 'Mr Soljack was the Canterbury nominee last year.
