ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
MEETING OF EXECUTIVE.
TWO PLAYERS SUSPENDED. Mr Jas. Baillie presided at the final committee meeting of the South Auckland Football Association, held last evening. Ctaudelands Rovers were awarded the Itowden Championship Shield, owing to Hie default of Te Aroha in the final game, and a set of medals is also lo he presented to this club. Tom Hall, of Huntly Football Club, was suspended for six playing Saturdays with any club lie may have signed on for, or signs on for, for offensive language towards the referee in a recent game in which lie took part, and cautioned for leaving the Held of play without the permission of the referee.
J. Sledly, of Huntly Football Club, was suspended for two playing Saturdays,, for uiigentlemaniy conduct on the Held of play, and also cautioned for leaving the field of play without permission.
Mr Hockey, of Pukemiro Junction, advised that Huntly Football Club had failed to turn out last Saturday in the Howdon Cup semi-final, and the committee decided that Pukemiro Junction should meet Ciaudelands Rovers in the final match at Scddon Park next Saturday, Mr C. Crabb being appointed to referee this match.
