Mr. F. J. Dunne, the manager and members of the Canterbury Rugby team are at the Commercial Hotel. They will leave for the South to-night.
Mr. Patrick William Maule Ramsay, Counsellor at the British Embassy at Madrid, lias been appointed Minister at Athens, in succession to Sir Percy Loraine, now High Commissioner for Egypt.
