BRITAIN’S FINANCES.
INCREASE IN REVENUE, FIRST QUARTER'S FIGURES. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) LONDON, June 30. The net increase of revenue for the first quarter of the financial year was £5,984,608. The total ordinary revenue was £134,528,061. The principal increases were estate duties, alid receipts from loans and customs. The decreases were in excise, ordinary receipts, and stamps.
