BREACH OF PROMISE SUIT. GENERAL DENIAL FILED. CASH PAYMENTS MADE. (Australian Press Association.) (Received June 25, 10.45 a.m.( NEW YORK, June 24. Gene Tunney, the ex-boxing champion, has filed a general denial of Mrs Fogarty's breach of promise charges, and has simultaneously made a cross-complaint alleging that Mrs Fogarty has twice received a cash consideration for the purpose of preventing the renewal of the charges, such consideration on the second occasion being £OO,OOO.
