The Hu.ddart Parker Company Limited's accounts have just boon issued. They disclose that profits fell from 111 4t'1,000 ill 1927 to £124,4 57 in 1928 owing io the cooks’ and waterside strikes and the stagnation of the coal industry in which the company is interested. The dividend has been reduced from 14 to 10 per cent. The preference dividend is 6 per cent. The dividends will absorb £105,000.
