NEW BANKING CONCERN. With a mammoth nominal capital of £5,000,000 in shares of £1 each, the Australian and New Zealand Banking Corp., Ltd., was registered in Sydney last week as a new company. ■' The new enterprise will carry on in Australia, New Zealand, and elsewhere, the banking business in all its branches. The company’s head office will be in Sydney.
