SUBSTANTIAL PROGRESS. IMPROVEMENTS COMPLETED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Thursday'. At a meeting of the council of the Massey Agricultural College Sir G. Fowlds was re-elected chairman for the ensuing year, and Mr P. Levi treasurer. The principal, Professor Peren, reported that substantial progress had been made, the improvements to the Mollardy property roading scheme being practically completed. The farm manager reported that crops are doing well and stock is in good condition. it was stated that Dr. Dry, F.L.C., had made considerable progress with the proposed scheme of research in wool. The administrative block of buildings will be ready for occupation in sfx weeks...
