New decrees announced in the official gazette of Yugo-slavia provide that all judicial and magisterial appointments shall he made by the Crown and order the creation of a Supreme Economic Council. King Alexander has received 21,200 telegrams and messages of congratulation upon his action in suspendiing the constitution and dissolving Parliament.
