RETURNED MEN’S PROTEST. AN ILL-TIMED CONTRACT. (By Telegraph.—Pres3 Association.) DUNEDIN, Wednesday. A strong protest has been made by the Dunedin Returned Soldiers’ Association against the action of the Government in entering into a contract for the supply of a certain type of artificial limb, while other types, it is contended, have not been given a fair or a lengthy enough trial.
