(By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) (Received Dec. 14, 10.35 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 13. At a meeting of the Sugar Federation of the British Empire the chairman, Sir H. Morgan, made a statement regarding his visit to all the sugar-producing areas in the Dominions. He was of opinion that if further preference .was given the output could be enormously increased. The Federation passed a resolution to make representations to the Imperial Government concerning the matter.
