MONOPOLY TO CEASE

Mr H P. Brown, director of Posts and Telegraphs, stated that the Wireless Advisory Board has completed its scheme for the assumption of the control of broadcasting in Australia by<4he Federal Government. Private ownership of the monopoly right to broadcast from either the A or B station is to cease.
