SENSATION IN VIENNA
SCATTERED BY BULLETS. COURT ENDS ABRUPTLY. ACCUSED MAN SHOT. TWO OTHERS WOUNDED. (By Telegraph—Press Assn. —Copyright.) (Australian Press Association.) (Received Dec. 1, 10.30 a.m.) VIENNA, Nov. 30. Eight revolver shots, which were fired just as the court was adjourning for lunch, abruptly ended the trial of an Albanian student named Alkeblad Bedl, who Is charged with murdering the Albanian Minister, Cona Beg, last year at Prague. Bedl had just finished giving evidence, In which he said ho was sent to carry out the assassination orhbehalf of the Albanian revolutionists, when a former servant of Beg's brother whipped out a revolver loaded with dum-dum bullets, and fired. One hit Bedl, Inflicting Injuries which It Is believed will prove fatal. Others wounded were a Journalist and an Interpreter. Their Injuries arc not serious. The Jurymen Red In a panic. One Jumped to the floor and broke his arm, and a woman fainted. The court was cleared like magic. The servant was arrested.
