DAIRY PAY-OUTS.
SEPTEMBER SUPPLY. CAMBRIDGE. A most successful month has been experienced by the Cambridge Dairy Company. The pay-out for Sept«nber has been fixed at Is 7*d (cheese) and Is 5d (butter), compared with Isi 6Sd (cheese) and is sjd (butter) for the same month last year. A total distribution of £26,000 was made, bringing the amount, paid out to date to £45,900. The distribution for September, 1927, was £15,651, and for the corresponding four months of last season £37,900. TATUA. The Tatua Company will make an advance to suppliers of £5951, which is at the rate of Is Gd per lb for but-ler-fat for cheese manufacture. Last vear, the September pay-out was al the rale Is 2d, the distribution being 'por'the season to date the company had advanced £12,090, compared with £9310 for the corresponding period of last year. -. .
