A NEW DEPARTMENT. SEQUEiT'tO 'RECENT ACCIDENTS (By Telegraph —rress Assn. — Copyright ) (Australian Press Association). PARIS, September 5. Cabinet has decided on the creation of an Air Ministry. Hitherto the Minister of Commerce has also been in charge of aviation. The recent air fatalities are responsible for the change.
