Referring to the Loewe patent decisions, in which it was declared that the royalties charged are too high, a reduction being ordered, also an issue of licenses, Marconis are .appealing; but in order to assist other manufacturers Marconis announce that if the Judge affirms the comptrollers decisions they intend to grant licenses to all manufacturers on the same terms forthwith on request.
