RURAL CREDITS SCHEME. HAMILTON BODY REGISTERED. FIRST IN AUCKLAND PROVINCE. The Hamilton Co-operative Rural Intermediate Credit Association Limited, has the honour of being the first association registered in the Auckland Province under the Rural Intermediate Credits Act, it having been incorporated as a limited company on May 18. Its objects are to carry on business as authorised by the Act of last session. The provisional directors are Messrs W. Cooper-Smith, of Tuhikaramea, E. C. Ilouchen, of Rukuhia, and A. Wallace and C. Edwards, of Frankton, with Mr F. J. E. Moore, district Tntermediate. credit supervisor, Mr T. G. Reynolds, of Hamilton, is the acting secretary and treasurer. A number of farmers are listed as subscribers, each taking 25 shares.
