GUILTY OF BURGLARY.

YOUNG MAN’S OFFENCES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Wednesday. In the Police Court Ilenry Roland Barr, a labourer, aged 24, pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence for breaking and entering the dwellings of Thomas Young at Fitzherbert, Mrs Avery (Palmerston North) and Miss McLagan (Palmerston North), and stealing small sums of money. Accused pleaded not guilty to an act of indecency at Fitzherbert with intent to offend a female. He was convicted and sentenced to three months’ hard labour.
