ARE THEY TOO DIM ? (By Telegraph—Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., Wednesday. The Chamber of Commerce has decided to make representations to the Railway Department regarding the alleged dimness of headlights on express trains. One member stated that the lights were often mistaken for town lights. Cases occurred where motorists were almost on crossings before they realised a train was approaching.
